OUR STORY (in a Nutshell)
It was 2002, In a tiny 2 bedroom apt right before having my 2nd child (now I have 3), I had an epiphany that I could make money on the Internet. Not knowing exactly how that would happen, being the resourceful person that I am, I began the relentless search to discover how I could make money online and continue to stay home with my kids.
I discovered I didn’t need much money to start selling items on eBay, and when I got enough money together to expand my little clothing business, that’s exactly what I did.
Within 3 months I became an EBay Silver Powerseller, which is the 3rd highest ranking Powerseller there is on Ebay, but I was always seeking to improve how I could make a bigger name for myself on the Giant Auction Site.
I began to notice that the bigger sellers all had something in common and that was that they had their own BRAND. They had a look, a logo, a storefront that was memorable. They had ‘Something’ that people ‘knew’ them for (now I know that it’s called a USP or Unique Selling Proposition!) So with some design skills under my belt and a lot of creativity I went to work.
I went on to transform my ebay Store, gave it a cool and funky name, and a cool and funky design to match. It was targeted towards the ‘Pink and Glitter’ Girly Girl Types, and I started to sell like Crazy! Sales kept shooting up and I was getting referrals all the time. Re-Branding my little ebay store definitely worked. It worked so well that other eBay store owners began to contact me to Brand and Re-design their eBay stores, and that is when My first Design Company was born.
It was around that time that being an eBay seller, became a monotonous routine. It was no longer ‘Fun’ and as a Blue Personality, I began to despise the repetitiveness of Taking Pictures, Listing, Packing and Shipping!
Some of my new Design Clients included High End Clothing boutiques , Million Dollar Computer Parts Retailers, Motocross Racers, and the #1 Platinum Powerseller Kids Clothing Store.
Store after store, brand after brand, I continued to create and transform flailing ebay stores to thriving Money Makers, and the ones that were doing well experienced an increase in sales.
Customers were reporting up to a 150% increase in sales!
But there was still something missing.
Outside of eBay, I didn’t know how to Market, and neither did my customers. And I began watching store after store close due to ever-increasing fees that ebay kept imposing on a yearly basis. It was really disturbing me in a big way.
In other words, the Design was just the beginning. Without the Marketing Know how, or the Follow-up of Relationship building with paying clients, an Ebay store was doomed to ultimate failure.
If only there was a way to teach these people that they could make money outside of ebay, and save tons of Money and effort, if they only had control of their own businesses on the Internet they could open their own independent stores outside of ebay, and with Marketing Knowledge they could make even bigger profits.
But that would take a great shift in Mindset and a whole lot of Marketing Education.
And so the Journey began into Personal Development, which led to intensive marketing training online.
For the first time, I was introduced to the world of Network Marketing through a Personal Development program that I thought would be a great way to generate extra income.
I decided to take a break from making over Ebay Stores and turned her Photoshop program off, indefinitely. to begin what would be a 2 year total transformation of my self and my business.
And so it began.
Little did I know then that 2 years later, all the experience would serve me big time, and bring me back full circle.
Working with Marketing Giants
Working with some of the Top Industry Giants, including the Dennis Karganilla, Steve Schuitt and Jimmy Davis…, who were responsible for generating 1.8 Million in 11 Months using only FREE Marketing Strategies such as Video and Social Networking..
THE #1 Top Recruiter in 2 Network Marketing Companies, Mike Dillards Mentor and the creator of the “Funded Proposal” Concept, Joe Schroeder, as well as a handful of other Elite Marketers in the Network Marketing Industry, including Daegan Smith, The ‘King’ of Never calling a Single Lead’, all the marketing knowledge served me to re-kindle the passion I had to help small business owners Take Full Control and Ownership of their businesses.
I still had a passion for design and an Intense Interest in helping Small Businesses Market their businesses online properly and turning a profit from their sites.
The Twitter Revelation
And it started again, just like on eBay, with a simple Twitter Background.
And then another person would ask, and another and yet another, “Create my Twitter Background”.
I didn’t even have to ‘advertise’. People will just recommend my services, or seek me out!
I spotted the signs, and realized I had a 6 Figure a Year Business sitting Right Under my Nose.
People began reporting that their Followers on Twitter began to shoot up significantly, they were getting more Visitors to their newly Madeover Wordpress Blogs resulting in more money in their pockets.
So then Personal Branding for Profit was Born in Late 2009.

I am proof positive that IDEAS transcend time and space. This Idea was born many years ago but simply was not ready to be completely manifested. Although I was always Gifted, and was awarded 2 Full Tuition scholarships to 2 different Colleges of My Choice, because of my Life Circumstances I was unable to continue my College Education.
You don’t have to be the Smartest, Or the Slickest, or even have a College Degree to Make Your Dreams Come True.
We are all born with a “Gift”, and if you can discover that Gift and use that to Inspire and Empower others to live a better life or improve their own situation, financial, business or otherwise, that is where your True Flow Resides.
